How can we help?
Each option opens your email app with a subject line ready to use.
Questions about a donation
Ask about the receiving organization, registration details, a payment method, wallet address or a donation you have already made. Request the current recipient details before sending funds.
Explore volunteering
Tell us about your interests, skills, location and availability. Ask what opportunities are being planned and what requirements would apply before committing your time.
Start a partnership conversation
Introduce your church, community group or organization and the support you would like to explore. We welcome conversations about practical gifts, shared skills and proposed project partnerships.
Learn more about the plans
Ask about a proposed activity, its budget, partner or reporting arrangements. For feedback or another question, tell us what you would like to understand and how we can follow up.
Help us understand your enquiry
Include your name, the subject of your question and the details needed to understand it. For a previous donation, include the date, amount, payment method and transaction reference. For volunteering or a partnership, share a brief introduction and your preferred next step.
Protect your information. Please do not email passwords, full card details, wallet recovery phrases or sensitive personal documents. Ask how any necessary documents should be shared before sending them.
Organization information: Confirmed legal, registration and project details are being prepared for publication. You can request the current receiving entity and supporting documentation by email before making a gift.
